Why am I here? Well, I need something to motivate me to stop being lazy and finally lose all this weight. Just an average recent college grad, 23 yrs old and still unsure about the future.

I'm only 5 ft tall. Love to cook (and eat). Advice and encouragement is appreciated greatly!
So I have no internet at the moment and haven’t been online in over a week. Last week sucked foodwise but I’ve been on the right track for the past few days. No exercise in a couple weeks but that will be resolved starting this weekend…I’m finally learning to ride my bike! Finally got the seat lowered and adjusted and brought a tire pump! So excited!!! Hopefully the lack of internet will soon be resolved too!
Day twelve: What are your friend’s eating habits like?
My friends are all over the place. The ones i hang with most include a few that are pretty healthy and exercise on a regular basis. There is one that is constantly claims to be eating healthy but I’m pretty sure she is lacking in quite a few nutrients plus she cheats on a daily basis. The rest don’t really care.
Started the day with my flax pancakes again. Now I’m off to a bakery to meet a friend. Only coffee for me!
But as of right now, I am heading to sleep! Lots planned for tomorrow including a work out session with my friends and hopefully good eating!
Day eleven: What are your family’s eating habits like?
O boy. Salty, sweet, fatty hell. No one in my family eats particularly healthy.
Anyway, 1200 was my total again to. No exercise today between work, packing/moving, and the Olympics. O MY GOD! What an awesome opening! and it’s not over!
Day ten: Do you eat breakfast? What do you usually have?
Yes. These days it’s oat flax blueberry pancakes and a multivitamin. Today’s caloric total was 1200. Still no exercise :(. Still moving and I can’t still to wake up before the heat sets in…
Day nine: What is your favourite food, healthy or unhealthy.
I love fruits and veggies whether I’m watching what I eat or not. My favorite healthy food is berries but lite vanilla soy milk is slowing becoming my ultimate favorite. My favorite unhealthy would be cheese or ice cream.
Today was a little on the low side with about 1100 calories eaten. No exercise today but did end up packing and moving some stuff in the apartment. Today was mostly okay.
If you broke your unhealthy habit for one week, congratulations! Why not try two weeks?

Day eight: Name 5 things you like about your body (you can do it) and the one body part you’d like to change the most.
Mmmm this is difficult. I like my eyes and nose as far as the parts go. I have taken a liking to my height. Being short it’s necessarily a bad thing anymore. I like that I have strong calves (though I wish they weren’t so huge.) Really, I really like how strong my body is becoming.
The one body part I wanna change the most would be my lower stomach/butt region. It’s where most of my excess weight seats and the area I’m most self-conscious about besides my arms.
I went out for thai food today and only got fresh (not fried) spring rolls and a little of my friends panang curry. Total for today (with the dinner I’m about to make) is 1320. No exercise today since I woke up late and had to pack and move some stuff out of the apt. Off to the kitchen I go!
Day seven: Do your friends and family know you are trying to lose weight?
I guess. Kinda. They know I’m all about eating healthy due to my health problems but they don’t necessary know that I’m trying to lose weight on purpose.
I ended up walking in the afternoon after being lazy this morning. Got my 3 miles in and a friend joined me. My first day of full time work went well (and flew by). Now all I have to worry about is pack to move all my crap…
